Lovely place with very amiable staff. Convenient location within a short walk to the tourist street, Mekong river, Night Market, and street food. Plenty of restaurants nearby, like Uneed, which is only a 5 minutes' walk away.

For tea or coffee visit Changkham Bakery & Cafe nearby. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a couch and a comfortable couch in the room.

The location was great and particularly good, not very far from Wat ho Xiang. We got clean room with a balcony, a large bed and the proper cleanliness or smell. Coffee and toast were delicious!

For the price, I got great value for my money with a perfect room and a big comfy bed. The location was ideal, right in front of the Mekong river and close to the Night Market. The staff at Dear Villa House, especially Pae, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.

Mind-blowing staff who went above and beyond to fix leaks and help us rent a motorbike, always friendly and helpful. Great location with clean rooms. The free breakfast and water refill were a pleasant surprise. They even ensured our airport taxi arrived on time. Highly recommended!

the location was fantastic, as it was right on the river and in the center of town. I enjoyed waking up to beautiful views of the Mekong riverside from my comfortable room. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good selection of dishes. the hotel also had a nice little table and chairs outside the room where I could relax and enjoy the scenery.

That there was a lack of furniture in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient for storing my belongings.

Stayed at a charming prison cell with a mattress that embraced me in its sinking embrace. Breakfast of eggs, toast, and plantains was a culinary masterpiece. And who needs a clean room when there's a hanging electric cable for added excitement?

Such a shame that the WiFi was as elusive as a unicorn.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer our questions and provide assistance. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center and close to the night market for shopping and dining. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for our city break.

The only drawback was the limited soundproofing in the rooms, as we could occasionally hear noise from outside. it would have been nice to have a bit more furniture in the room for storage and convenience.
